If you do not add him to the lease...you will have trouble with any violations he creates. Also, when she moves out to get away from him...you are left with him

I suggest you require he submit an application along with the fee to pay for the complete Credit check, background check, and criminal check. seriously, this boyfriend could be real trouble and you need to stop it now if he is. You need to be screening him just like you would any new tenant.
