Thank you everyone for your input. I have already sent our Property Manager a notice to vacate pdf. on grounds in paragrapf #5 and lease violation for renters Ins and failure to except and pick up certified mail to be posted tomorrow and first class and certifed mail right behind it and I will be there Monday 21st. I only wish things were like they were years ago when I would just throw them out a second floor window. Oh Well.
