I wouldn't deal with the person anymore than I had to. Hopefully he'll move out when scheduled. You gave proper notice I'd follow up with the letter - what tenants need to know before they leave (can't remember the actual name). anyway that follow-up letter will remind that they are actually going to be moving. Good luck - As others have said you could press the issue and you are in your rights, but the T will make things miserable. You're better off to wait.
