I agree with you, Nicole. There is a TON of info missing here. I can't tell if he is the LL, or a T trying to find another T to replace a roommate who left. The posting makes no sense at all. OP-----please give us more info.

Well it is my house ,I pay the taxes, have for 14 yrs.I started staying with my lady, at her house because the man became a pain in the butt, for better words, . I had know idea that if you leave your residence for a period of time, you no longer reside there. I have spoke to a attorney rep, and she said that is rite. I ask if I went on a 6 months cruise would I still reside there, she said NO. By the way he has run my power bill twice what it should be, but I still have to pay, with him not paying rent...Only in America
