Hi, I'm not sure about the tenant score card, as I haven't used it. I really like seeing the complete credit report.

I just wanted to mention that I use clearscreening.com, because in lieu of a site visit I am able to take a certificarion test on the FCRA. It's an online self-study course that is well done; takes just a little more than an hour to complete. The course costs $35, but they waive the first processing fee, so it's a wash. I've used them for over seven years, and have been very happy with them.

I went to this site, but what I find in lieu of a site visit is a service that sounds like what experian offers: the prospective tenant goes to the website of experian and requests a credit check be sent to the landlord. In experian's case, they use the vantage score instead of FICO, but they seem to provide most of the information on the credit report.

Hi, The LPA asks us to not post links, but if you Google " Tenant Credit Check at ClearScreening.com", you will find the page that describes their full credit report service, which includes FICO and all open credit lines.
