Long story. I went to pick up the police report and there was only a report about the phone call. On that the police said there was no assault. Actually what happened was, she punched me and kicked me and when I said I was calling the police she hit herself several times and told them I hit her and tried to rape her. Crazy woman. Luckily the police didn't but it. They just brushed it off as a domestic dispute. So the only report is both of us calling and saying we where hitting each other. Not sure if that would work or not but I am really not wanting to put a mom and child on the street without time to find a place. I am gonna talk to a lawyer and find out my options. Long as she keeps her distance I think I can make it another month or so. Thanks for the advice everyone.
