If it's taking you six months to rent a place in Las Vegas, you need to get out of this business. Yes, there are a lot of rentals available. Yes, Colony American, Invitation Homes, and other large-scale landlords have purchased hundreds of homes in the valley. But if you have a vacancy for six months, that means either tenants are getting a bad vibe from you as a landlord, or your rent is too high for your neighborhood.

actually I had a lot of people wanted to rented but they had evictions and I did not want to rent it to anybody who has evictions on record. I think the price was right, just it is a lot in the market and most of them want to be in the driver seat n I do not let this happen.
