I take my digital card out of the camera, and print them at the local CVS.

They go into the folder I keep for that tenant along with all the copies of the leases (if more than one year), originals of the receipts, bills for repairs, letters, etc.

Once the folder is a year old without any activity...it moves into the archive. After 10 years in the archive it is shredded.
