What is the longest time a tenant has stayed in one of your rentals?
We have a SFH with a tenant that just passed the 19 year mark.

I'm both a PM (oh the horror!) and a tenant. I've been at my current place 12 years, the one before that 11 years and the one before that 7 years. My longest tenant so far is going into her 14th year.

I bought a sfh 18 years ago. My first and only tenant is still there, paying me about 25% under market rent. However, I originally got a 15 year loan on it, which I paid off 3 years ago. And I put a new roof on it, along with a new furnace about 10 years ago. My T has paid for roof, furnace, and the home, is 82 years young right now, and does not want to move. Don't we LLs wish we could all have Ts like that?
