who goes to "the doctor" in a private residence? aren't these guys overseen by the medical board? aren't three certain restrictions/parameters/whatever about their offices?

I wouldn't permit it and I'm easy going as a landlord.

Who goes to a doctor's private residence? This is common among chiropractors.
