Your lease requires she have renters insurance. She's provided you with the dec sheet showing she does indeed have renters insurance. The particulars of the policy are none of your business.

UNLESS you as owner require that the renter's insurance policy cover some specific criteria.

Yeah, good luck with that. As the owner, you have the right to require the tenant carry liability insurance in some amount to protect you in case of damage to the property from the tenant's own negligence. If you try to require something outside the norm, that will be included as a rider, which STILL shows up on the declaration sheet. The policy itself is still none of your business.
