We charge one full months rent fully refundable plus additional rent per each pet. We have had pets do more than double the rent price to a house. Yes even one <10lb cat cost us more than the whole deposit. Note: We do advertise no pets so these are people who have brought in pets with out permission. It is clearly stated in the lease upfront. If they dont like it they can leave, but they must pay rent until we find a new tenant. We are dealing with this now with a new tenant.
