Removing an eviction can be hard, however their are a few companies out their that specializes solely in the eviction removal business. Many of these companies gives you options to have them remove an eviction for you or you can take advantage of the most popular do it yourself option. One very popular agency offers both the do it yourself option and the full service option. And that company is Eviction Removal Pros. We spoke with them and have found their service to be exactly what most people that have evictions need in order to remove their evictions so they can finally rent again. Their cost is reasonable but if you have multiple evictions I do recommend the do it yourself option to save you money.

i don't know if you got help removing your eviction yet but you can do it yourself... get all 3 credit reports and see with ones the evition is on and just file a dispute it may take up 4 times for you to dispute it before they remove it.

I have an eviction from 2012. Now I have an eviction from 11-05-14 from 04-21-2015. Im living in a hotel right now and im trying to look for an apartment but I lost options from looking because of this evictions I have. The apartment I just left because they sold the building and I stayed for 6 months I couldn't find an apartment at the time. Im at the point where I don't want to look for an apartment. Im afraid of looking because they will turn me down because of my evictions.

Im living with my sister and its kind of difficult living with her. I had an apartment and the landlord sold the building. I stayed for six months without paying and now I was evicted from the building. Im afraid to look for an apartment because they will turn me down. I need help. My number is 773-967-8919. I was evicvted from 2221 So.winton st in south Philadelphia (my moms house)now iam currently staying with my dad until i am able to find my own apartment for me & my four year old son, i was just woundering how do i get this cleared, cause i went to look at a one bedroom a coulpe of days ago & the landloard found an eviction in my back round,so or where do i get this cleard up at beings though i am in Philadelphia, i want to be close to my sons school so i wont have to travel as much as i do now.

I'm trying to rent a home and I found out from a realtor that I have an eviction on my report,I lived in Trenton NJ 3 years ago and I was living with a roommate so due to my sisters death I went down to Florida for her death and I end up staying here in Florida to taking care of her teenage daughter. I am seeking advice on behalf of someone else who got an eviction in Las Vegas Nevada but now resides in California with friends and has been trying to rent their own place, but is constantly being denied due to the eviction. How would they use the "Do it yourself option?" They don't have much money.

I have paid off my balance on who I owe for my first and only eviction now I'm looking to find a place for me and my family. As of February.28,2017 the balance was paid off and I disputed it trying to get it off my credit report. I received my confirmation of full payment. The date when the case was opened was September.08,2015

I'M trying to move into my own home but I HAVE an eviction lingering but it's been over five years and at the time I was working partime and I couldn't afford to pay the rent so I got evicted but I am stable ON my job.

You can remove an eviction from your credit by either paying it off in full or coming to some sort of agreement with the property or the collection company and settle. Only pay once you get in writing that they will send you a letter stating the debt is paid. This letter can be presented to future landlords and may help.
Now you can not remove an eviction from your public records. It is a judgement against you in the court of law. An eviction follows you the same as getting a felony or misdemeanor on your record, an actual case number, file, document is made and just like you can look up someones name and find out whether or not they have a criminal record, the same can be found for evictions. So even if you get if off your credit, the apartment complex may not see it when they run your credit, however when they do a background check locally, they can see the eviction. The only way to get that removed is to have it expunged or sealed and the only way that can happen is if the Landlord wrongfully evicted you or didn't go through the right process and you can prove it. Other than that it will follow you all of your life!

Evicted 1 1/2 years ago from luxury High Rise Condo, After 5 yrs. Lost my job and had major health issues both out of control. Paid about $100k + in rent and lost about $6k in deposit money. No judgment. Been living in an apartment building with perfect payment history. I want to move this summer and want to get off my record. Have a great job and trying to get my life back!
