If these landlords keep getting by with just filing evictions nine times out of ten there was a misunderstanding or a landlord being nean and hateful no one should just be allowed to do a eviction without a mandatory court date and legal representation on both sides this is just oh I'm going to evict this person world lol they the landlord doesn't care about the fact that theyve been the crappiest landlord in history and they ripped off so many tenants they don't care about the money they pay. So how about us tenants have an eviction for landlords land owners and.licensed realtors. And they lose theirpproperty and rights to rent then this would be fair.
