This is a good reminder. I should get some documents over three-years old shredded. I think in CA three years is our limit on saving things like credit apps.

I'm still not sure legally how long I need to keep the applications from the rejected applicants. It seems unlikely to me that someone could come back and make a successful fair housing claim 1+ years later but I don't know what the law is on this.
