We offered them the house via phone after sending them a list of what would be included in the lease should they decide to sign. In the initial conversation, they said they had no problems with anything on the list, but since then, they have called every day with an issue. If it matters at all, they were supposed to give us financial documentation yesterday, but sent a message tonight that it would be delayed until tomorrow. They are planning on bringing a deposit by the end of the week. Thanks again.

Send them a message. Be very clear that the up-shot of all their demands and "issues" with the house is that they are clearly not happy with the house and will not be happy after moving in. Therefore, you will not be renting to them. Wish them good luck in finding a place that better suits them
Do not let them show up with a deposit expecting to get a signed lease....stop this now.
