have you spoken to your tenants? Since they got keys on the 23rd, perhaps they are running their month from the 23rd... I would have. Why would they have paid for a week they weren't there? Why would you prorate rather than just use the 30 day term you're in"? I'm confused, perhaps the tenant is also.
