Did you mean this was a lease with the option to buy? If so, that's not a sale either.

It's a LEASE for a certain period of time which the house will be sold to the person on the lease at the end of the lease.

In this situation, I have the same advice.

YOU should be paying the Note with the money from the lease, and YOU should be paying the property taxes. YOU should also be doing all major repairs to ensure the quality of the home is not compromised.

YOU still own the home and the trespass signs don't apply to you. You still have to give the required notice to enter the dwelling, but if you want to put any Notices on the door, go ahead.

Evict this person, sell you house and quit being a LL.
