Strange. If you have it, burn a copy for him if you haven't made any detrimental notes on it. Keep the original for your files for 3 years. Tell him it is per your business mgr. He may be trying to set you up for something. Give him a copy.(unless Texas has some special law contradicting this--you never know with Texas??)
