This is what the applicant message me, after I posted an ad on a rental fb page......

I expect an $80 check back, along with my paperwork. I have documentation that will be presented to you...

    My response: "If that is your expectation, you are destined to be disappointed. All materials turned in to me as a part of the application process become mine and the application fee is non-refundable once the application process has started (meaning, once you have turned in the application form). Good luck in your search for a new home."
