I am a property manager and I am not a thief or a crook. I certainly realize that many, many are, but many of the owners herein would have benefited from paying for my service.
When you spread your nonsense, you do the uninformed owners a disservice.
I think the property managers who advertise the $99/month and bogus rates like that are the ones who screw over their clients eventually.
