Again, they are getting free rent now. Why would they move out unless the authorities came and set them on the curb. Do not deal with rent thieves. Keep your eviction going and do not stop it for anything. Be especially sure not to take even one dollar from these tenants as it will stop your court action.

In the future, do not allow a tenant to get even a day behind without beginning an action against them.
