Is a Rental Binder Agreement legal in Massachusetts? It is the same thing... $$$ down to hold a property available until XX date for a specific person. If they don't sign lease and move in, they lose $$$.
If a Rental Binder Agreement is not legal in Mass., why can't you sign the lease, but not issue keys until move in day?
