Do NOT listen to half these landlords and know it alls.
Anyone CAN pay 225.00 and wipe there whole record clean
I've done it myself.
And today in 2014 judges are seeing all the slum lords
we as renters are dealing with.
Call a attorney I've seen it go as low as 50.00
depending on how much paper work they are doing

Hey there I want to know can I get the rent late off of my landlord history I keep getting denied from public housing and I'm homeless with no help I've learn from this so much and will do better after all I been throug please tell me what cN I do it's just late rent and I only have 13 late rent and been living there for 7 years mostly of my late because hospital stay .

Hello, I'm in need of help. My situation is basically that I have a eviction on my record from September,2013 in the state of North Carolina. The problem is that I was stationed in Hawaii from July,2013-April,2015. I didn't rent a house nor apartment when I was stationed in Hawaii. I was living in the Barracks.
