Cam, I'm afraid you missed the point we all made. It doesn't matter if it was The Wall Street Journal or Amazon.com doing the marketing for you. No one cares more about your rental, and more about the tenants that are chosen, than you do. The type of "help" you usually get is incompetent in comparison to your deep involvement.

Most of the issue is the bad reputation that PMs have. This operation is no different because it is not YOU.
