Jeez, dumb knows no limits.

We've had rain. A lot. I get a call about mosquitoes. "Yadda yadda, they cause disease, what if we get the West Nile, etc. etc." I say, please check your trash cans and the damn (well, I left out the damn) containers you store aluminum cans in for recycling and pour the water out. Mosquitoes breed in that water, and that's your problem.

You should have gone out there and sprayed mosqitocide at your own expense. Do not pick your tenant's pocket.

you need to be there providing 24/7 servce to them. make sure you need to flush their toilet after their each use every day, and good luck with your tenants, have fun.
