As a landlord...take your property tax documents for all you rental properties in that town..also the leases. Go to a locksmith. He is going to want proof that you have a legit purpose to know all this about locks and further to order the materials that only a locksmith has access too You will have to pay him...but you should be able to find one willing to teach you and sell to you the tools and materials of a locksmith. That's how I did it.
