My boyfriend and I moved in our home 9 yrs ago . He moved out a mth ago. Now he wants me to move out . Can he make me leave. It's in his name and paid for. But I was left with truck broke down and no job. And no place to go. Can he did this to me?

Of course. All he does is give you proper notice that rental agreement is terminated--could be 30 or 60nday notice depending on your state. Tuff for a woman-you should have got that ring on your finger a long time ago.
