Are you expecting to be evicted? Do you mean you expect the landlord to provide you with notice to vacate? That isn't the same as eviction. Only a judge can issue and eviction. In some states the notice period the landlord must give you is only 2 weeks..in some it is 30 days...in some it is 60 days..others it is one full calendar month.

Unless you mean you haven't been paying your rent..in which case the notice is 3 or 5 days to pay or move.

Sure..the landlord can put a sign on his property....it is his property.

Oops...sorry..didnt see your state. Florida requires just 2 weeks notice if you do not have a lease that requires a different amount of notice
