They probably can not take you to court since they did not allow you to move in.
Take names, as well as get the name of the girl that was moving in on the 12th.
Keep a record of when you made the phone calls. I would be mad enough to go down and file a claim against them in small claims court. It is like 25 dollars to do this in my area. At least check and see what a small claims case would cost you. The 70 dollars you will not get back. The 430 is another thing.....
