If you sat in on 56 evictions, why do you need a lawyer to tell you about your eviction. You should be representing yourself.

What happened in the case where the tenant won representing himself?

Bill, I don't have an eviction. Like Kim related and the LPA recommends, it is an excellent idea to have an attorney lined up just in case. The tenant did not "win" per se; I believe he was able to bargain for more time to settle the case.
