Your doctors note has nothing to do with this so put it away, you can also drop the medical conditions because they don't mean anything.

If your lease says you can have a dog then as long as you are within the limitations of the lease (if any, such as weight breed restrictions etc.) then you have nothing to worry about and your LL can do nothing to you. If you are not allowed to have a pet, or you have a dog that does not meet the restrictions set forth in the lease then your LL may have the right to ask you to get rid of the dog or for you to leave if you refuse to comply with the lease you signed.

For the sake of argument I will assume that everything is fine just your LL decided out of the blue to not allow you to have a dog anymore.

If he continues to harass you seek competent legal advice before it gets out of hand.
