Tell the caller to find out what his credit score is and then call you back.

During the pre-screening process I only use email. They emailed that they won't provide their credit scores until after they have been shown the house. I told them I don't show the house to unqualified tenants. And since they had a medium low score, 600 or less, they would not qualify anyways.
Three times this year I have made the mistake of wasting my time talking to 3 different tenants. They never followed up. I don't speak with tenants until they pass my pre-screening!

When I do email screening and the prospect refuses to share any required information I cease contact. They either have something to hide and/or they will be a PITA. Either way don't I don't need that hassle.

You are right. If they fail to provide ALL the required information on their first email, I do give them a second try email because perhaps they didn't understand. If that fails goodbye. A lot of people write "call me" and no further information. NO PHONE CALLS!
