I agree with both anons. In 12 days, you have accomplished nothing, and she has just dragged you down to her IQ level. STOP ALL texting, talking, and e-mailing. SEND a WRITTEN pay or quit notice by reg and cert mail, and also post it on the front door. Include the names of all the people who signed the lease. If no rent comes to you, or she doesn't move out, start your states eviction procedures against her.
