I will back up all the previous replies. Don't engage in a dialog with this tenant. Follow your lease to the letter. Post the Pay or Quit and follow through. Either she will get the hint and pay on time or you can get rid of this PITA tenant. Don't reply to her emails any longer and send all needed communication via certified/return receipt mail.
