No, I guess you are not a business person by the language that you use incorrectly. You seem to forget this is a LANDLORD forum, not a tenant forum. How are you qualified to criticize our business practices? You seem to forget that being a landlord is a business that sometimes makes a profit. Do you teach others that it is bad to attempt to make a profit? Are you against capitalism in general? Is it ok for General Motors dealers and Chase mortgage companies to charge a fee to process a purchase or loan? What about debit card fees? Are these extortion too? The customer has a choice to do business with them or not, the same as with me. No "extortion" is used or impled.

Not a businessman? If you mean I do not use my business to steal from others you are right. The type of business you practice is that is the lowest kind. But that is where you live. It is the ilk of the untalented, slow witted. Good luck with picking pockets. It suits you.
