Bill, in addition, you are using the term " pickpocket" incorrectly as well. To wit: "Pickpocketing is a form of larceny that involves the stealing of money or other valuables from the person of a victim without their noticing the theft at the time. It requires considerable dexterity and a knack for misdirection."

My pet fee is listed in all my advertisements, on my website, in my lease, and on the LPA form I use to account for their payment. Tenants, with full knowledge of the non- refundable pet fee, voluntarily write me a check which I give them a receipt for, record the breed and date, and add it to their lease. You are incorrectly saying that I steal their money or valuables without their knowledge. I have no skill for dexterity and misdirection. I do not steal anything.
