Your reply is interesting. You compare States yet evictions are handled at the county level.

You mention that you have properties in NY and have "swift" courts. Can I bet neither of those counties are in NYC?

Consider Washington State, where I live. A "blue" State, and very tenant friendly, but only in the blue part. Where I live is considered very red and the courts are fast and evictions quick.

I don't know what to tell you about Florida. They're an odd state.

I also have a larger pool of qualified, Employed tenants to pick from....FL? Forget it. Better standard of living means better qualified enants
