The site inspection is to see that you have locked filing cabinets, secure PC, secure doors for your office.

They want to see you have a secure means to handle this data.

I got inspected the first time in 2009...again in 2013. But..that could be that I didn't use the service for those years either...so maybe it is every 3 years or less.

You cannot sell this information. You are qualifying to get it for your rental property. ONLY. If you want to do other things with it..you need to learn what is required to be permitted. Don't use your landlord status to open a credit reselling business ..
