It's actually from the affiliate that I learned of the site inspection requirement. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe LPA members are extended discounts on the report services, not the ability to circumvent federal regulations.

Yes that is true. Lower pricing for members. I am think of joining too because we do many reports. I read they also do bad debt derogs on former tenants.

The LPA site has a choice for private landlord so I don't think you need an inspection. Maybe you should ask the LPA.
