It is hard to believe you did not have the $25 for the late fee. You could have complained to the Health Department about the heat and hot water but the landlord is not expected to mow your grass and shovel your snow.

It is also hard to believe you shoveled the snow from a drive of 660 feet. That is a length greater than two football fields. You also could have left the trees in the yard.

Not paying the $25 is going to be costly.

i did not have the $25 for the late fee, believe it or not.Plus he accepted the money on the 10th for two years then suddenly wanted to enforce the fee. i DID remove the snow because he would not. Costly or not, i have nothing so i guess i will have ot go to jail- is that the alternative?

the trees fell into the driveway- they had to be removed.
