Re: "Recovery of Real Property" ??? by Gina (PA) on October 24, 2014 @11:15

again, he told me to remove myself and my posessions by September 28th which i did. He told ME so why would he have to be notified. The way I see it, I am very poor, struggling, obviously. I never missed a rent payment. He never put one cent into the property. I kept it impeccably clean and took care of everything. He is known by reputation to be ruthless, which has no bearing on this other than this is how he is. He told me to get out and I did. I am not sure what happens now other than if it involves money- I have none. I moved out of the place, it has no damage, it is clean and I just want done with it. He has come to my work for his rent. While I was in a meeting. Because he happened to be in this end of town. The rent was not late- he just thought he would stop and get it, just because. He laughed in my face when he told me I could buy the place for some outrageous sum and snickered "if you can come up with it- ha-ha". Again, none of this has any bearing other than to give you an idea of what I am facing. Yes, he wanted the rent on the fifth and I have paid it on the 5th many times but not always, due to my pay schedule, this "fee" thing was something he did for reasons unknown. Like i said, I am out and i just want to be done with him. Maybe I am stupid, as "Bill" alleded to earlier but I do not live there so there is no reason to evict someone who does not live there.
