There wasn't a question. The point is that this LL is going to lose the case. What they did is illegal. A single piece of paper, either stating to comply by a certain date or adding an addendum to the lease in reference to the electricity as "added rent". My point is that one of the biggest mistakes LLs make is by not following through with documentation. A single piece of paper.
