Are we talking about:

1.) Filth, trash, hoarding, or anything else that could attract pests or damage your property?

or

2.) Clutter, dust, or things just not being cleaned the same way you would or up to your standards?

If 1, then issue a Cure or Quit notice because it's a lease violation. If 2, then mind your own business. You are not their parent, you are their landlord.

"(no woman to keep things in order)"

Also a comment that's not needed. Men are perfectly capable of keeping things in order. Cleaning is not the woman's job.
