Stop being such a tightwad and hire an exterminator to get the bees out.

How many times do you want to appear in small claims for bee sting treatment at the hospital. Because I will guarantee you that absolutely every person will claim to be allergic.

This is a known hazard that you have foreknowledge of. You will lose every time in court. And big too.

By the way, removing the bees is not maintenance.
