Prop mgr says owner must go to court with atty

Starting an eviction in Arizona with a lawyer. A licensed broker here is the property manager. The prop mgr tells me the owner must come to court even if we have hired a lawyer. The prop mgr says she could accompany lawyer in court in place of owner. I don't believe this is true because I did an eviction (uncontested) in AZ several years ago and only the lawyer went. Could a relative with power of atty hire the lawyer, and go to court instead of owner or prop mgr?

You have hired both a lawyer, and a prop.manager to represent you. You EXPECT BOTH of them to know the LL/T laws for Az. Otherwise you wouldn't have hired them. Have them both show you the exact laws right out of the Az code books, regarding your situation, and all 3 of you make a decision on who should go. DO NOT GIVE P.O.A. TO ANYONE unless you are totally incapable of handling any of your landlording duties.
