Thank you very much. You had the best answer. Those companies are certified and have access to purchase special chemicals for that type of work that we civilians have no access to. I contacted one in the area and will discuss getting a proposal for the entire job which can be used as a negotiating chip should I decide to make an offer. They can restore the house to like it never happened condition. Thanks again, June
