Or, go to Settings/General/Keyboard and swipe Auto-Correction to Off.

I use this equipment for all my business software. I reply on autocorrect to be on.
I'll put up with it. Just sometimes it creates confusion (or worse). I just read through the web listing of 2014 autocorrect fails. I couldn't stop laughing for a full hour. So..please forgive me if I seem to be typing nonsence sometimes.
