How did you re-enter the place?

If you let him stay for any reasonable period of time, then the previous eviction is no longer valid

The day he returned you needed to get the old eviction order out and call the police. At that time he was "breaking and entering". But, it sounds like he has been there a while...so now you start eviction all over.

Then,
Do not let this loser return...not for any reason, not for any period of time. Not even as a visitor.
