If you can not locate the paperwork for the previous eviction you can look it up on the county records. Get some proof of the previous eviction right away and try calling the police. Make the police aware that you have protested the squatters presence from the beginning and that he never had your permission to stay. But you must move quickly if you have any hope of the police helping you.
